This site contains information about the United States Trustee Program and its role on the federal bankruptcy system.
Alabama
Alabama Middle Bankruptcy Court
Northern Division: Serving Autauga, Barbour, Bullock, Butler, Chilton, Coosa, Covington, Crenshaw, Elmore, Lowndes, Montgomery, and Pike counties.
Eastern Division: Serving Chambers, Lee, Macon, Randolph, Russell, and Tallapoosa counties.
Southern Division: Serving Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, and Houston counties.
